Not updating, or not showing some sales?

We have a trial period on ShelfPlanner at the moment, but we're experiencing that shelfplanner doesn't show all the sales we make.
I've attached a couple of examples. (Both examples are several days old, and I've tried deactivation and reactivation the plugin without it resolving the issue)
We're strongly considering buying the plugin, but if the data doesn't match our sales its a dealbreaker since we'll use it for inventory management and doing more intelligent demand planning/restocking.
Also - do you plan on adding a sales velocity tracker? (We need data on how many pieces we sell a day when certain goods are in stock for better inventory management.)

Hi Sune,
I just ran a complete resync for all products and orders and can see the sales value for some of the items is still 0 (for example the item "Elegoo PLA filament 10 stk. á 1 kg. - Space Grey" - it is still 0.
This makes me think there is an order for the product, but it is not yet completed. We only include completed orders in the sync, orders that have the status 'processing' or 'on hold' in WooCommerce are not yet included.
Can you confirm this is the case? Otherwise we have to do some more analysis on why data is not coming through.
