Shelf Planner
in progress
Hi Ram, we're looking into this and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response.
Here is a list of products that are not in sync:
50505050
33001
0611745302900
611000002871
611745302870
202002888

Regarding the fact that we can't delete products - is there a way to start over? Meaning, like creating everything from scratch like when we first connected our website with your plugin? as these products that cannot be deleted are irrelevant in any way and we don't want them appearing there.

Hi Ram,
Thank you for reaching out.-
The stock should be updated immediately when you make changes in your store, or in the app. (we use a so called 2-way sync)
If it is not updated, it can happen that there is a (temporary) break in the communication from your store.
I have resynchronised the store manually now, it should al be up to date again.
If it still happens, can you share a Product ID, or SKU with us, then we can do some more analysis.
With regards to the deleted items - we are also working on a so called ‘Product Status’.
These will include:
- Draft (’Draft’ status in WooCommerce)
- Active (’Published’ status in WooCommerce)
- New Introduction (launched in past 12 weeks)
- Phasing Out (status in Shelf Planner, stops replenishment)
- Deleted (trashed in WooCommerce)
With this new logic, when you create a draft in WooCommerce, we will then also be able to provide an initial forecast based on similar products. Also for New Products, we will use different algorithms and we will also introduce the ‘Phasing Out’ so you can stop replenishment for these products.
Deleted products in your store can still show up in Shelf Planner, as we use them for understanding historical sales and seasonality curves. With this new product status feature, we will however also be able to hide them from all the reports.
I hope this answers your question?
Kind regards
